112.5 oz canChicken Breast in waterOR about 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
3/4cupsMayonaise
1/8cupCeleryvery finely diced
1"x1"piece ofOniongrated finely
1/2teaspoonSalt
Pepperto taste
Instructions
Chop and grate all of the veggies and add-ins you are using and put them in a large bowl.
If you're using canned chicken, drain it and add it to the bowl.
Add mayonaise, salt, and pepper to the rest of the ingredients.
Mix thouroughy
You can serve immediately or it will keep in the fridge for about 3 -4 days.
Notes
If you don't like the crunch from the celery, you can put the celery and the onion into a mini food processor to chop them up more finely. Or you can grate the celery and the onion.
