Ingredients
2Tbsp.olive oildivided
1/4cupplain Greek yogurt
8oz.cream cheese
8oz.block of feta cheese
1/2lemon: zested and juiced
garnish: fresh parsley, lemon zest, a little more olive oil, fresh dill, fresh herbs, chili flakes, Aleppo pepper, a hint of lemon zest, cracked black pepper, a drizzle of honey
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse together cream cheese, yogurt, and feta cheese until smooth.
Add the 2 tablespoons olive oil, juice, and zest from one lemon to the food processor and pulse again until combined.
Spread the dip onto a serving platter, plate, or a shallow bowl and top with your desired garnish. We like to add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley, and lemon zest. Chill the dip in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
If you have any leftovers, place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
