Instructions
Add 2 tbsp oil, and the diced garlic, to a medium pot
Set burner to medium. Cook garlic until fragrant and just turning color (about 1 to 2 minutes).
Add the bag of frozen green beans and a splash of water (about 2 tbsp) to the pot.
Add about 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp onion powder to the green beans, mix to coat with garlic oil, and cover. Cook for about 10 minutes, stir and cook for 5 more minutes.
Mix in lemon zest and juice and cook until your preferred texture. Salt to taste and serve hot.
