Crispy Oven-Roasted Broccoli with Lemon and olive oil
Crispy and flavorful roasted broccoli topped with olive oil and lemon for a fresh burst of flavor
Lemon and broccoli are a perfect match. Here they come together to make one of the easiest side dishes to go alongside your dinner! If you really want to boost the flavor factor you could add lots of black pepper for lemon pepper broccoli. Or you could lean into the Italian flavors and add a little shredded parmesan cheese. Personally, I like just the lemon and olive oil. It’s fast, it’s easy, it’s tasty, it’s healthy, and it’s only FOUR ingredients!
